Brent Reed loves worship and musical communication. His performances are mesmerizing and his heart is transparent. His writing is clever and artful, boasting multi-genre talent that’s simply extra-ordinary. Blending melodic hooks, haunting piano riffs, and soaring guitars, Brent’s original mix of alternative pop/rock married with cerebral word-smithing has been received by audiences with eager celebration in mainstream venues while his memorable melodies and solid Biblical writing have been connecting with congregations for years.

Brent has been performing since 2000 and has been seen in concert by thousands. His music has been featured on national television. He’s won more than one national songwriting award and has shared the stage with multiple nationally-acclaimed performers and artists such as Kutless, Gungor, Paul Meaney (MUTEMATH), Superchick, Joy Williams (The Civil Wars), The Digital Age, Plumb, Manic Drive, The City Harmonic, and Switchfoot. He also began leading worship at an even younger age and has grown over time as a well-respected “lead-worshipper”.

Since the inception of his musical career, Brent has released two EPs, a critically acclaimed single, and four full-length albums. Brent’s musical skills and worshipper’s heart have taken him throughout the United States, Europe, and Central America. His eclectic style, inclusive stage presence, and transparency have garnered him mass appeal wherever he’s made an appearance.

Brent was born in Tempe, Arizona and was raised in Kentucky. He began playing the piano at age 9 and proficiently writing songs at age 13 for both mainstream audiences and church congregations. Higher education later took him to Anderson University in Central Indiana where he earned a degree in Music Business and a minor in Church Music. It was at school where Brent honed his songwriting and performance skills while learning the craft of leading teams in local churches.

Fans of Brent Reed know that his passions lie beyond the superficial elements of song structure and prose. “I want people to connect to something beyond themselves. To step out of mundane moments and feel a ‘Creative Presence’ outside of the tangible. It’s something listeners can actually choose to participate in as well, and that’s very exciting to me!” He continues. “It wasn’t until recently that I felt the need to record and release a full-length worship album. The best part? It’s completely free! I can’t wait to connect the larger Body of Christ with these modern anthems I’ve been singing for years.”

Currently Brent resides in beautiful Northern Kentucky where he’s connected to a local body of creatives, entrepreneurs, and friends. He serves as a vocational Worship Pastor at a local church and travels for both performances and worship events.

Brent’s last full length album “All That We’re Made Of” was released in April of 2010 and his last single “Pride (In the Name of Love)” was released on iTunes in February of 2011. He debuted two industry-acclaimed music videos for the songs “Sober” in 2011 and “Long-Awaited” in early 2012. Brent is currently releasing a series of mainstream EPs under the name “Aire Alistair” ( during 2015 with Verbage Records. He also released a full-length live worship project “Holy Abandon” at Christmas of 2012.  In 2016 “Aire Alistair” finally released their debut LP with some experimental shows in the works.

Most recently in 2016 Brent made his acting debut as “Dave Blessing” one of the starring roles in the PureFlix exclusive premiere of “Divine Will” – an original dramatic comedy with several musical arrangements.  Brent’s song “Grace Amazing” is also featured as part of the soundtrack.  In 2017 Brent released a worship EP through his home church, Next Chapter, with several creatives as a collaboration.  It’s available on on digital stores and streaming online on Spotify.
